This listing is entire 3 bedrooms Little Charming Cottage is closed to Hunter Valley Vineyards and conveniently walking distance to local shops, suitable for business and leisure travelers with special price Sunday to Thursday nights (exclude Public Holidays/Special Events) as per our online listing. This cottage is small but comfortable.

One bedroom has its own private entrance, dinning area, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. There are few options to book this Entire House or 2 bedrooms or studio room separately as they are set up with private entrance/bathroom and private facilities, please see in our other listings. The 2 bedroom has small combined lounge room / dinning room however there is 2nd dinning area attached to studio with en-suite.

Full clean linens and towels are provided for number of guests booked only. This cottage is newly renovated and professionally cleaned between each booking to ensure a high standard.

Sofa bed and single mattress can only be provided if book and pay for extra guests and request in advance for availability at the time of booking

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is undercover carport for 2 cars and many free off street parking.

There is outdoor bbq, free Wifi and a smart TV with Netflix. There are modern power points with USB to recharge your phone/tablet. There is a laundry and extra toilet, garden and double undercover carport.

This cottage also has reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the lounge room and 1 air-conditioner in each of the 3 bedroom for your comfort in summer & winter. There are 3 Queen bed with quality firm mattresses and pillows, a double sofa bed, a single bed and a single sofa bed. Total sleep up to 9 guests. Sofa bed and single floor mattress and its linens will only provided if book or pay for extra guests, Please request these in advance at the time of booking is it might not be ready.

Extra guest $30 per person per night after 4 guests. Cleaning during stay can be organised with extra fee if you require. Extra fee $50 apply for early check in before 3pm and $50 apply for late check out after 10am. Please request these at the time of booking.

Close to Cessnock CBD, 10 mins drive to many different Vineyards offer cellar door wine tasting. Hunter Valley is well-known for foods, wines, concerts, its Semillon and Shiraz. It is 1.5-2 hours drive from Sydney and very famous for weddings, wedding festivals, wine festivals, Winery Long Lunches, Food & Wine festival running through May-June, live musical concerts, Kids activities like snow time in the garden during winter and Christmas light show during Nov-Jan

Cessnock is a major town hub in Hunter Valley with pub, coffee shop, restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, petrol station, post office, newagency

* No baby cot
* Only wear indoor shoes inside the house
* Avoid eating in bed
* No extra guests may stay
* Strickly NO party or events : guests might be asked to leave non refundable if there is noise complaint
* All appliances, air-conditioner, heater (except fridge) to turn off when no one in the house
* If you stay on Tuesday evening, please take garbage bins to the street like the neighbours for collection early Wednesday morning. We really appreciate this.

Sometimes we update our linens, bedding stuff, furnitures, decorations but don’t update our pictures.

Rover coach bus nearest pick up points depends on which events or concerts: Aussie Rest Motel 43 Shedden street 2 mins walk and 5 Darwin Street 12 mins walk from our property.

Check in: on or after 3pm, door code will be provided before arrival for self check in as it often changing for security purposes

Check out: latest 10am, follows Check out requests on our fridge. Our housekeeper is always scheduled at the property on time 10am, so late check out must be request in advance
