Surrounded by well known cellar doors, restaurants and major tourist attractions your stay will have you only minutes from the Hunter Valley Gardens, Enzo’s Cafe on Broke Road and The Vintage Golf course. With the cycleway on your doorstep, you’ll enjoy a journey along the trail to taste at Thomas Wines, Pigg’s Peak, Keith Tulloch as well as being close to Ironbark Hill for a wedding, craft beer paddle, live music or conference.
You will arrive down an avenue of pear trees, then be greeted with the two attached living and sleeping quarters; the main house and the master suite. Luxuriously decorated within, there has been no expense spared to give guests a memorable stay. Enzo's master suite is located just off the verandah with it's own separate entrance. Step inside and you will be amazed by the incredible three metre high, hand crafted hardwood doors that are a piece of art in themselves. With a sumptuous King four poster bed, huge ensuite with its own private soaker tub and dual range shower heads, you will be amazed by the space and modern decor. There is a separate lounge area in the suite, allowing those who want to sneak away from the group, to relax in private in front of the huge 55" TV.
In the main house, there are two spacious bedrooms downstairs with a huge main bathroom, boasting double shower heads as well as a large soaker tub. The loft bedroom in the house is the place to dream and sleep with views down through the wooden beams of the vaulted ceiling and out throughout the windows up to the stars. The main lounge features an incredible hand built, sandstone open fireplace where you can sit back on the plush lounges and enjoy the warmth of the fire. With a huge 55" TV on the wall, those who want to be otherwise entertained have the best of both worlds.
Choose to dine inside at the custom built dining table seating 8 guests or outside on the deep and generous verandahs. The kitchen is sleek, open plan with all the mod cons. Designed to cook a little or a lot depending on how you feel, everything you need is at hand. Enjoy the generous breakfast hamper full of seasonable goodies such as farm fresh eggs, bacon, tomatoes, home baked bread and delicious condiments.
Imagine sitting on the verandah with the sunlight streaming through the beautiful vines, or capture a moment in front of the giant, timber Rajasthani doors on the walls of the master suite. To relax, just retreat to the huge 4m wide wrap around polished concrete verandahs and enjoy the peace and quiet the property has to offer, or even better, enjoy a bbq or a glass of wine & cheese platter while you're at it.

SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit/bond of $1000 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.
MIDWEEK BOOKINGS & LONGER STAYS Please contact us for a quote. Discounts are available on midweek stays and longer stays of 4 nights and over.
NOTES - One night stays are available midweek. Weekend one night stays may be available but will attract a surcharge. Weekend Public Holiday bookings must a minimum 3 night stay at full weekend rate. Easter, Christmas and New Year are a 3-4 night stay and charged at full weekend rate. Concert weekends and Special Events must be a minimum of 8 guests and a surcharge of 10% may apply. Please note extra cleaning fees for Sunday check in will apply.
