The Lodge is set on a quiet 36-acre property adjacent to the Weerakata National Park home of the endangered Swift Parrot and Regent Honeyeater. The property is 3 minutes drive to hot air ballooning, an 18 hole championship golf course and many wineries and famous sites like Binnorie Dairy, lovedale deck restaurant and chocolate factories in polkobin.

Just installed new massive 10 seater hot spa under the stars, new fire pit, full size volleyball field and mini soccer pitch, with full size indoor soccer goal posts, large outdoor chess, lawn games (skittles, bowling, corn hole etc)

Heated pool too!

Our property encompasses 3 cottages adjacent to each other and 2 of them have inter-connecting doors. All bookings are for all 3 cottages.

1. CARRADANO COTTAGE
- sleeps up to 13 guests
- 3- bedrooms (2 rooms with a double bed bunk and single top and a separate single bed, 3rd room with a queen bed) + 1 sofa bed + 1 couch
- 2 Bathrooms
- Yurt-style living area with high wooden vaulted ceiling.
- Large tiled lounge, leather lounge suite, double sofa bed and wood burning fire.
- Open-plan kitchen with white granite bench tops, dishwasher, electric cook-top and separate oven
- Flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system
- Al fresco dining on covered patio with gas BBQ and designer outdoor furniture

2. TERRA HOMESTEAD
- sleeps up to 21 guests
- 1 king bedroom with ensuite and 3 queen bedrooms + 2 sofa beds + 3 couches + 5 floor mattresses (including 1 double)
- 2 lounge rooms, two dining areas
- Main bathroom with separate bath and shower
- Separate second WC.
- Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, halogen cook-top and separate oven
- Flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system
- Air hockey table,
- Covered patio with designer outdoor furniture and gas bbq
- Reverse cycle air-conditioning for instant heating or cooling.

3. LEVANTO VILLA (has interconnecting door to Terra homestead)
- Sleeps up to 6 guests
-2 queen bedrooms + 1 sofa bed
- Modern kitchenette with cooktop, bench-top oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and kettle
- Flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system
- Reverse cycle air-conditioning for instant heating or cooling.
- Covered patio with outdoor furniture and gas bbq


Rules on Noise.
We do accept birthday and even hen's and bucks but only on the condition you have no plans for an outdoor music concert :).
We only allow music to be played from a portable bluetooth speaker and nothing louder as we've had issues in the past when guests bring a sound system and blast music all night disturbing our neighbours. So we only allow music outside until 8pm and only via a bluetooth speaker. If these expectations are consistent with your plans then the lodge will be fantastic for your getaway.
If you are caught bringing a sound system larger than a portable bluetooth system that you can grasp in the palm of your hands, your booking will be cancelled. You will need to explicitly state you agree to these conditions of booking for your request to be accepted.
