This beautifully decorated thirty-acre property, accommodating up to 20 guests in 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, is ideal for large groups of family, friends or wedding guests looking for a spacious place to relax, celebrate and make memories together. On entering the main house foyer you and your guests will instantly feel at home and be spoilt for choice on which guests’ quarters to enjoy. Guests are accommodated within 3 sleeping quarters including the main house with five bedrooms, three bathrooms (two with spa baths) that sleeps 11 guests, a self-contained two bedroom with one bathroom cottage that sleeps 4 guests and the Bunk House which sleeps 5 guests and features an en-suite bathroom.

Your family and friends will enjoy hours of entertainment playing cricket on the vast lawns, taking a splash in the sparkling pool, having a hit on the tennis court or a fun game of billiards in the Games Barn. Featuring several open-plan living areas, with air conditioning and two wood fireplaces opening onto a wide verandah with mountain view – you’ll find the perfect spot to relax with a fine glass of Hunter wine in all seasons. Entertaining is so easy with a country style kitchen with gas cooktop and oven as well as a 6 burner BBQ so you can create a long lunch to enjoy at the long table on the undercover verandah.

Stroll across the road to visit and enjoy the Cellar Doors and hospitality of Lucy’s Run and Thélème Wines, or dine and taste at neighbouring Amanda’s On the Edge and Ballabourneen Wines, Blueberry Hill and Bimbadgen Estate. Conveniently located 8 kilometres to Hunter Valley Gardens and Hope Estate and 4 kilometres to the Vintage Golf Course.

TARIFFS
WEEKEND RATES (2 nights) (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)

Weekend - minimum 2 nights for up to 20 guests (adults or children) $2954 per night
Midweek - minimum 2 nights for up to 20 guests (adults or children) $2216 per night
Infants under 2 are free.
A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1500 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

MIDWEEK BOOKINGS & LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a quote. Discounts are available on midweek stays and longer stays of 4 nights and over.
NOTES - One-night stays are available midweek. Weekend one-night stays may be available but will attract a surcharge.
Weekend Public Holiday bookings must a minimum 3-night stay at full weekend rate.
Easter, Christmas and New Year are a 3-4-night stay and charged at full weekend rate.
Concerts weekends in the Hunter Valley do have a set minimum to stay and may attract a surcharge.
