There are 3 bedrooms, Two with queen size bed and one with 2 single beds, provided with all linens, extra blankets and pillows are in the wardrobe. The main bedroom has a small air conditioning unit and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a large split system air conditioner located in the dining room. A full kitchen. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer a small clothesline can be located in the rear courtyard. And iron and ironing board is also provided.

There are 3 bedrooms in this single level unit, Two with queen size beds and one with 2 single beds all provided with all linens, extra blankets and pillows are in the wardrobe. The main bedroom has a small air conditioning unit and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
There is a large new split system air conditioner located in the dining room. A full kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster and full size fridge, plus and oven and cook top. Tea, coffee and spreads are provided for self catering.
There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer a small clothesline can be located in the rear small yard. And iron and ironing board is also provided.

Advertised nightly rate includes beds and linens for 1-6 Guests. A single garage provided and plenty on street parking. Generally access is from 3pm and check out 10am. Please advise of any special arrival or departure timing and requests at time of booking, and we will try to be flexible with arrangements. Cots for babies can be provided please ask at time of booking.

Minimum stay is 2 nights. Discounted rates are available for stays longer than 4 weeks.

The Neighborhood:
Only a short walk to the High Street woodworks and a butcher is right next door. Stockland Greenhills Shopping centre is only a 5min drive and so is the Lawes Street shopping precinct. Maitland town centre and Mall is only a 10min drive.

Getting Around:
Well your not far from much!! Newcastle 30min drive, Hunter Valley Vineyards 30-35mins, Port Stephens 50min drive and the Village of Morpeth 10min drive. Not to mention Victoria Street train station is only a 5min drive, and the gateway buses for concerts and events at the hunter valley are at the endeavour motel (through Rover coaches) are only a 5min walk.
