I villini Estate is a rustic, environmentally friendly Tuscan-style villa set on 30 picturesque acres in the popular Lovedale region of the Hunter Valley Wine Country. Entering via the private drive flanked by olive and citrus trees, I villini Estate is positioned to take in the stunning views of the surrounding countryside and is designed to accommodate up to 15 guests across its individually designed main house and two adjacent studios, all on multilevel. Ideal for large groups of family and friends, reunions, concerts and wedding guest accommodation, or perhaps a unique, casual escape from the city. I villini Estate is conveniently located just 19 kilometres from the Hunter Valley Gardens as well as being well located within 10 minute’s drive to popular Hunter Valley wedding destinations such as Wandin Valley, Lovedale Wedding Chapel, Enzo Weddings, Petersons and Moravia Park. Guests will delight in the proximity to many delicious food and winery trails where you can experience Leaves & Fishes, The Deck, Binnorie Dairy, Domain Binet, Tatler, Thirsty Pallet, Allandale Wines, Bimbadgen Estate and Amanda’s on the Edge. And, if golf if your passion, I villini Estate is only 17 kilometres to the famous Greg Norman Golf Course at The Vintage.

Every one of the 5 guest rooms and 5 bathrooms are unique, and decorated in with rustic and eclectic finds in with an authentic and homely feel. The interiors of this split-level villa features large timber beams, high ceilings, air conditioning, a welcoming foyer combustion fire as well as a traditional lounge room with wood fireplace, an open plan kitchen with bay window with coffee machine, 2 casual dining rooms as well as an outdoor terrace with pizza oven and bbq that leads to a one of the rose filled gardens, sparkling swimming pool and lots of hidden treasures just waiting for you to discover.

And whilst you’re enjoying yourself, you can rest assured that the owners have considered for you the beautiful environment you are enjoying, and are the installed environmental initiatives such as an evacuated tube solar hot water system, ceiling fans, environmentally safe cleaning products and converting to 25% Green Power which give you more reasons to enjoy I villini Estate.

TARIFF
Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 10 guests from $1387 per night (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 10 guests from $1039 per night (Monday-Thursday)
Additional guests $47 per person per night
Infants under 2 years free of charge

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES
1 night bookings based on availability (surcharge applies)
3 night minimum for long weekend, Easter, Xmas and New Year bookings
Concert weekends are minimum of full Estate booking and may attract a 10% concert surcharge
