SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit/bond of $800 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.
NOTES 1 night bookings based on availability (surcharge applies) 3 night minimum in the ESTATE for long weekend, Easter, Xmas and New Year bookings, House only bookings will not be accepted for these periods Concerts weekends in the Hunter Valley do have a set minimum to stay and may attract a surcharge
