Welcome to KAYA your escape to Africa in the Hunter Valley.

This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has been created to reflect a typically South African experience which has evolved into a hybrid of African and Western accents.

The subtle theme can be felt throughout the home. It is a blend of cultures to reflect the melting pot that South Africa is. The decorative pieces and artworks have been individually sourced by the owners and each one has a story to tell.

As you walk through the entrance, you are whisked away to a chic living room where the Tree of Life hangs as a reminder of the deep history and vastness of the continent.

A few steps ahead and you will find yourself in a typical Johannesburg country kitchen complete with a bench for guests to relax and enjoy a chinwag about the days escapades in the Valley while others try their hand in the fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs is an entertainers paradise where the piano and guitar can add spunk to any gathering (talent dependent). Let the kids relax with a book, board game, puzzle, or movie while the grown-ups enjoy the downstairs spaces. The turret room can be a refuge for readers or an ideal spot for a good game of cards away from the rest of the crowd.

You needn't travel far for an exceptional time either, with privileged access to The Vintage Resort facilities during your stay at a luxurious holiday house. Perhaps a dip in the lap pool, a competitive game of tennis on one of two courts available or a quick energising session in the gymnasium.
