Lomandra Retreat is a stunning brand new contemporary property situated at the Vintage in the Heart of the Hunter wine country, giving unparalleled location on a Greg Norman-designed, 18 hole Championship golf course. The property looks over the 6th tee and the neighbouring Bimbadgen Vineyard Estate.

Lomandra Retreat boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms plus a fantastic cinema room. The huge open plan living space with modern kitchen, dining and lounge spills out onto the large entertaining deck at the rear of the property. Lomandra is stylishly furnished with contemporary furnishings to give its guests a feel of complete luxury.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to entertain at home, it is fully air-conditioned and has a magnificent fireplace. You won't want to leave.

ACCOMMODATION
Maximum 12 guests or 8 guests in individual beds
Bedroom One - King Bed or two king single beds plus a single day bed (a further single foldaway bed available on request)
Bedroom Two - Queen bed
Bedroom Three - Queen bed
Bedroom Four - Queen bed bunk bed with single bed above (a further second single foldaway bed available on request)

TARIFF
Weekend - minimum 2 nights, 6 guests from $823 per night (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights, 6 guests from $618 per night (Mon-Thur)
Extra guests are charged at $100 per person per night.
Children under 13 years are charged at $64 per child per night.
Infants under 2 are free.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a quote. Discounts are available on longer stays of 4 nights and over.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES
One night stays are available midweek. Weekend one night stays may be available but will attract a surcharge.
Weekend Public Holiday bookings must a minimum 3 night stay at full weekend rate.
Easter, Christmas and New Year are a 3-4 night stay and charged at full weekend rate.
Concert weekends must be a minimum of 8 guests.
