Morpeth Villa is a 2 bedroom villa capable of comfortably hosting up to 4 guests, centrally located and just metres from the main street of historic Morpeth. This idyllic river port township founded in 1821, is only 2 hours north of Sydney. Newcastle Airport is 40 minutes away and Morpeth Villa is 30 minutes to the world renowned Hunter Valley vineyards. Your stay includes the full use of Morpeth Villa.

3 major wedding venues: Mindaribba House, Tocal Homestead and Wallalong House are all within a very close distance to Morpeth Villa.

Featuring modern a bathroom and kitchen with oven, stove top, microwave, capsule coffee machine and a whole array of kitchen appliances. Fresh milk and icy cold water is available in the full sized fridge with freezer, reverse cycle air conditioning, comfortable lounge with Telstra TV, fast and steady NBN wifi, dining table and chairs with breakfast bar.

Each bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed dressed with crisp linen, bedside lamps and ample hanging space for dresses and suits. Basic Earth Botanicals toiletries, hair dryer and soft, fluffy towels are provided for your use in the bathroom.

A comfortable out door dining area and BBQ is provided in our fully enclosed and private backyard. Morpeth Villa is small pet friendly (fee apply) and will provide treats, water bowl and food bowls.

Morpeth is home to many historic buildings including boutique stores, antique centres, bakeries cafes, restaurants, local curios and a small convenience store. Many local wine tours are available through their respective operators.

Local parks include a boat ramp with picnic tables and open green area for pets and children to run around. Morpeth Common hosts a small playground, duck ponds and picnic tables for your enjoyment.

A newly completed major shopping centre with restaurants, cinema and over 200 stores is only 5 mins drive from Morpeth Villa. Maitland city centre with redeveloped shopping precinct and river access is 10 minutes drive. The stunning Lake Macquarie is 30 mins drive. Port Stephens with dolphin and whale watching cruises is 50 minutes drive. Taxis and Uber both service Morpeth.

As hosts, we are able to be contacted throughout your stay. We are not located on site while you stay at Morpeth Villa.
Please note: There are 2 security cameras located on the property: 1 facing the carport, 1 by the front door facing the garden to the driveway entrance.

Visitors to the villa must be prearranged with us. If house rules are not followed, a deduction from your security bond will be requested.
