Privately tucked away behind a forest of Casuarina trees, this well-appointed and spacious residence with central open plan design and two sitting and sleeping areas makes it ideal for a small group of up to 8 family, friends, concert or wedding guests to stay together.

The largest of Billabong Moon’s accommodation offerings, The Manor will make you feel instantly relaxed and welcome. Located on the famous Hermitage Road in Rothbury, Billabong Moon is the ideal location to enjoy the best the Hunter has on offer being only 7 minutes drive to the Hunter Valley Gardens, The Vintage Golf Course, Roche and Hope Estates and all food and wine delights of Hermitage and Broke Roads.

Featuring 4 stylish bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the interiors are decorated with luxurious and eclectic décor from the owners travels and provides guests with a unique stay that delivers high style and comfort. Featuring an open plan gourmet kitchen, living and dining room with vaulted ceilings with French doors that open up to The Manor’s generous wrap around verandas with gas BBQ, outdoor dining table and lounge chairs - perfect for a sunset meal or finding a tranquil spot to read a magazine with a glass of wine in hand on warm evening.

Guests can enjoy a stroll around the grounds on the trails through the Casuarina trees and past the property’s large central billabong or, cool off with a splash in the sparkling pool (please note this is a shared pool with other Estate guests). For those who like a little more activity, both adults and kids can take up a fun pitch and putt on the mini green and bushwalks through the property casuarina trees. You may also like to bring your bike or hire one and ride along the Hermitage Road cycleway exploring the popular Food and Wine Trail where you can enjoy many wineries, cellar doors, the Ironbark Hill Brewhouse and restaurants.

In the warmer months, snuggle up and reminisce about you Hunter adventures by the wood burning combustion fireplace in the living room and enjoy the comfort of reverse cycle air-conditioning to keep you toasty at night. We know you’ll love staying at The Manor and be planning your next stay before your depart.

Concert pick up is also available from the front gate.

TARIFF
Weekend - 2 night minimum up to 8 guests, $1013 per night (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - 2 night minimum up to 8 guests, $760 per night (Mon-Thurs)
Infants under 2 are free.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $500 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES
1 night bookings based on availability (surcharge applies)
3 night minimum for long weekend, Easter, Xmas and New Year bookings at full weekend rate.
Concerts weekends in the Hunter Valley do have a set minimum to stay and may attract a surcharge
