RATES: Weekend (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun) - minimum 2 nights, up to 10 guests is $1000 per night. Extra guests are charged at $65 per person per night. Midweek - 2 nights, up to 10 guests is $900 per night (Mon-Tue, Tue-Wed or Wed-Thurs) Extra guests are charged at $65 per person per night. Infants staying in the cot are free of charge. Pets are charged at $20 each per stay.
SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit/bond of $1000 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival and expire 3-6 days after departure.
MIDWEEK BOOKINGS and LONGER STAYS Please contact us for a quote. A discount is offered on midweek stays and longer stays of 4 nights and over.
NOTES Please contact the host for one night stays midweek. Weekend one night stays may be available, however this may also attract a surcharge. Easter, Christmas and New Year stays are charged at the weekend rate.
Breakfast hamper of freshly baked sourdough, fruit juice, homemade jam, coffee & tea are included for you to prepare at your leisure.
