This 2 bed Cottage is a part of a house. It has private entrance, private kitchen, private bathroom. There is is self contained studio attached and share walls with this 2 bedrooms Main House. The Studio has private entrance which can be booked separately as per our other listing call "Spacious Studio"

It close to Hunter Valley Vineyards and conveniently walking distance to local shops, suitable for business and leisure travellers with special price Monday to Wednesday (exclude Public Holidays) as per our online listing.

Full clean linens and towels is provided for number of guest booked only, extra linens will be provided upon request for extra guest. This cottage is newly renovated and professionally cleaned between each booking to ensure a high standard.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

There is an outdoor bbq, free Wifi and a smart TV with Netflix. There are modern power points with USB to recharge your phone/tablet. There is a shared laundry, share undercover carport and shared garden with guests from an attached self contained studio.

This cottage also has reverse cycle air conditioning one in lounge room and bedrooms for your comfort in summer & winter. There are 2 Queen bed, 1 single bed with quality firm mattresses, pillows, 1 comfy pull out double sofa bed . Total sleep up to 6 guests.

Sofa bed and single bed can only be arrange if pay for extra guests and request in advance for availability.

It is spacious, cozy, attached / shared wall with a self contained Studio room which also rented though Airbnb/HomeAway.......As the result some noises from other parts of the house might be heard.

Close to Cessnock CBD, 10 mins drive to many different Wineyards offer cellar door wine tasting. Hunter Valley is well-known for foods, wines, concerts, its Semillon and Shiraz. It is 1.5-2 hours drive from Sydney and very famous for weddings, wedding festivals, wine festivals, Winery Long Lunches, Food & Wine festival running through May-June, live musical concerts, Kids activities like snow time in the garden during winter and Christmas light show during Nov-Jan

Cessnock is a major town hub in Hunter Valley with pub, coffee shop, restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, petrol station, post office, newagency

* Not wear shoes inside the house, avoid eating in bed
* No more than number of guests booked may stay at any time
* Strickly NO party or events : guests might be asked to leave and loose deposit if there is noise complaint
* All appliances, air-conditioner, heater (except fridge) to turn off when no one in the house
* If you stay on Tuesday evening, please take garbage bins to the street like the neighbours for collection early Wednesday morning. We really appreciate this.
* Please be aware Corvid travel restrictions, lockdowns, pandemic are no longer considered extenuation circumstances after March 2019. Our cancellation policy still applies in case of travel restrictions due to Corvid. Therefore, please make sure to read our cancellation policy carefully before booking and purchase travel insurance in case of lockdowns and other Corvid related cancellations

Sometimes we update our linens, bedding stuff, furnitures, decorations but don’t update our pictures.

Rover coach bus nearest pick up points depend on which events or concerts: Aussie Rest Motel 43 Shedden street 2 mins walk and 5 Darwin Street 12 mins walk from our property.
