In the heart of the Hunter Wine region on De Beyers Road and adjacent to Harkham Cellar Door, Harkham House is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duplex accommodation in a contemporary, yet country style.  Situated on Harkham Estate, with surrounding views up to the ranges, the property is a 6-minute drive to the Hunter Valley Gardens, and under 5 minutes to Cypress Lakes Golf Course.  Close to well-known cellar doors, restaurants, and major tourist attractions, your stay will have you only minutes away from all the best the Hunter has to offer.
 
As you enter this modern four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms property, you will immediately feel at home. Contemporary and casual in style and design,  Harkham House has everything you’ll need for a relaxing, rural stay. Central to the house is a stone-built fire place to warm the entertainment areas of lounge, kitchen, and dining, leading out to a sandstone balcony where you can enjoy a casual BBQ and glass of wine while watching the sun set over the acreage to the mountain range beyond.
 
Walk next door for your private wine tasting at the cellar door (available Fri-Sun) and try some of the Harkham Family’s delicious wines, or treat yourself to lunch or dinner at one of the nearby restaurants such as Baumé at Ben Ean, Hunters Quarter, Muse Restaurant and Restaurant Cuvée.  Alternatively, after a day of touring, tasting, golf or adventuring, stay in with an estate produced wine and cook up a storm with your friends.
 
Enjoy the privacy of your own home, whilst the estate manager, who is always happy to have guests as neighbours, will be on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

TARIFF 
Weekend -2 night minimum,  up to 8 guests from $1055 per night (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - 2 night minimum, up to 8 guests from $791 per night (Mon-Thu)
Infants under 2 years free of charge

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a quote. Discounts are available on longer stays of 4 nights and over.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $800.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES
One night stays are available midweek and will attract a surcharge. Weekend one night stays may be available but will attract a surcharge.  
Weekend Public Holiday bookings must a minimum 3 night stay at full weekend rate.
Easter, Christmas and New Year are a 3-4 night stay and charged at full weekend rate. 
Concerts weekends in the Hunter Valley do have a set minimum to stay and may attract a surcharge.
