Lounge room with huge 75inch tv, large leather lounge and 5 piece dining table.

Kitchen is brand new with all brand new appliances Oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, full size brand new fridge with complimentary butter and some spreads for toast, tea, coffee and milk. Light breakfast of cereals included.

Fully functional laundry with brand new washing machine and dryer with complimentary washing powder.

Hair dryer, iron and ironing board also provided

WIFI is available at the property but as we do not have a connection line we have a portable WiFi device, due to this unfortunately we cannot stream Netflix/Stan ect.

PARKING: please park in vine valley inn car park next door, and walk up the rock drive way, the carpark is locked from 9pm and re opened in the morning I will send code to gain access to carpark with check in details.

PLEASE BE AWARE-We have security cameras OUTSIDE of the apartment. please book accordingly to number of guests staying. The apartment will ONLY fit 4 people comfortably. Please do not try and sneak extra guests in.

If 1 or 2 of the roll away beds are requested, both will be set up in lounge room. If the portable cot is requested it will be set up for you in the bedroom.

An extra fee charge of $50 for the porta cot to be bought into the apartment as it does not stay in the apartment, fitted with mattress protector, fitted sheet and blanket.

The apartment price is based on 2 people using king bed option otherwise a $50 fee per person is charged as their is only a king bed in the apartment and roll away beds will need to be set up, they are fully fitted with mattress protector, fitted sheet, top sheet, quilt, pillow and pillow case. Please put number of guest to stay for price to change.

1 bedroom Apartment is walking distance to everything. Main street is 2 minutes walk away with all types of stores available for example, cafe's, pubs, ATM's, Bakeries, Banks, Clothing stores, Library, buses, gym ect or take a Uber or car trip to the heart of the wine county Pokolbin 10-15 minutes away, Hunter Valley Gardens with aqua golf, hot air ballooning, concerts at all the Estates, take your pick of any number of amazing Restaurants in Pokolbin.

Harrigans Irish pub which usually has live bands/dj’s till early hours of the morning. Goldfish lounge for cocktails at Roche Estate ect or if you are heading the opposite direction Heddon Greta drive in is approx 15-20 minutes, Stockland Greenhills major shopping Centre 25-30minutes away or if your heading to our beautiful Beaches Newcastle is approx 45mins.
