The self-contained studio is attached and share walls to a charming, newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage with its own private entrance door and self check in keypad. It renovated with modern design, offers everything you need for a wonderful stay in the Hunter Valley. Enjoy warm shower in new private en-suite, prepare quick meals in a private kitchenette. Relax in a Queen bed with quality linens, bedding & pillows. A single sofa bed can only be arranged if book and pay extra for 3rd guest.

The Studio room is spacious, cozy, attached / shared walls with a charming 2 bedrooms cottage which also rented though Airbnb as the result some noises from other parts of the house might be heard.

This Studio is closed to Hunter Valley Wineries and conveniently walking distance to local shops, suitable for business and leisure travelers. It provides full clean linens, newly renovated and professionally cleaned between each booking to ensure a high standard.

The new private kitchenette area has mini fridge, portable cooktop, cutlery and everything you could possibly need for your stay. All essential supplies, washing machine, table and chairs...All facilities are private, you only share garden and undercover carport.

There is free Wifi and a smart TV with Netflix with special price from Sunday to Thursday nights exclude Public holiday/ Events as per our online listing.

This cottage studio also has reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort in summer & winter.

Check in: 3pm, door code will be provided before arrival as it often changing for security purposes

* Indoor shoes only inside the house
* Strickly NO party or events : guests might be asked to leave and loose deposit if there is noise complaint
* All appliances, air-conditioners, heaters (except fridge) to turn off when no one in the house
* If you stay on Tuesday evening, please pull out garbage bin to the street like all neighbours for collection early Wednesday morning. We really appreciate this.
* Please be aware Corvid travel restrictions, lockdowns, pandemic are no longer considered extenuation circumstances after March 2019. Our cancellation policy still applies in case of travel restrictions due to Corvid. Therefore, please make sure to read our cancellation policy carefully before booking and purchase travel insurance in case of lockdowns and other Corvid related cancellations

Sometimes we update new linens, beddings stuff, furnitures, decorations and refresh the house with new look but don’t update our pictures.

It is 1.5-2 hours drive from Sydney and very famous for weddings, wedding festivals, wine festivals, Winery Long Lunches, Food & Wine festival running through May-June, live musical concerts, Kids activities like snow time in the garden during winter and Chrismas light show during Nov-Jan

Rover coach bus pick up 2 points nearby depend on which concerts or events: Aussie Rest Motel 43 Shedden Street 2 mins walk and Wine Country Motor Inn 5 Darwin Street 12 mins walk from our house.
