Pack your clubs and your appetite to sample wine, as the property is a 10 minute drive to the heart of the Hunter Valley wine country and golfing hot spots.

FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO STRESS THAT IF YOU MAKE A BOOKING WITH US AND DUE TO COVID THE BORDERS GET SHUT OR YOUR AREA IS DECLARED A HOT SPOT WE WILL REFUND ALL YOUR MONEY. WE DO NOT BELIEVE IN KEEPING PEOPLES MONEY WHEN THINGS ARE OUT OF THEIR CONTROL.


WE ALSO ALLOW SMOKING BUT ONLY OUTSIDE THERE IS ASH TRAYS ON THE BACK VERANDA AND DOWN IN THE POOL AREA PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL CIGARETTE BUTTS GO IN THERE. AS WE DON’T SMOKE AND WE DON’T EXPECT OUR CLEANER TO CLEAN THEM UP EITHER !!!!!!

Master Bedroom: 1 queen bed, 1 set bunk beds with en-suite and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed with built in wardrobe
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed with built in wardrobe
Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed with built in wardrobe
Bedroom 5: We have a double foldout bed with a Mini Games room for the kids including a Tv with Gaming Machine, Board Games. The wardrobe in this room is locked as its use for the cleaner to store all her stuff in it.

We also have 2 portable cots and 2 high chairs for the little ones. Guest must bring there own Linen, Blankets and Pillows these are not supplied for the Portable Cots.
PLEASE NOTE ALL OTHER LINEN IS SUPPLIED ON ALL OTHER BEDS .

Full kitchen facilities and cooking stuff plus a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer. Everything you need for a fully functional kitchen

In the games Room there is a Snooker Table, Ping Pong Table, Dart Board and Driving simulator with a Playstation 3 hooked up to it. There is no drinks allowed on or near the Snooker Table or Ping Pong table. Any damage to the Ping Pong table will incur a fee of $100. Any damage to the playing surface of the Snooker Table requiring the felt to be replaced ( INCLUDING SPILT DRINK ) will incurr a replacement cost of $1500. So please do not have any food or drinks near the snooker table !!!!!

There is Foxtel and Netflix in the loungeroom for guests to use

There is also an amazing pool that is a compass pool and is just like having a bath it’s like natural water so no getting out smelling of chlorine or dry skin from the salt. No different to having a shower .

Pool Area PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A POOL FENCE N GATE PUT UP BETWEEN THE POOL AND THE BBQ AREA FOR KIDS SAFETY. SO PEOPLE CAN HAVE A BBQ OR ENTER THE GAMES ROOM AND KIDS CANNOT ACCESS THE POOL.

If the BBQ has been used please make sure it is cleaned so the next guests can enjoy it.

The is a fire pit stored under the house for you to use you just have to bring your own wood.

There is games for the kids to play both outside and inside .

This is an amazing home it’s an entertainment delight.
We just ask that you love and treat it like your own and you respect it.
It is our pride and joy and we have had many memories here and we hope that you can do the same.
‘The great thing with this house is you don’t have to go anywhere there is so much to do here it’s amazing.

The double garage and the garden shed are off limits.

We are also a 5 minute walk to the shops everything is at your doorstep. And the vineyards is a 10 minute drive to the first wineries.

Guest have access to virtually the whole house the only thing not available is the Double Garage and The garden shed.
